EU Skills Network held its first Business Strategy Tool workshop today in Solihull helping small businesses in the gas and waste industry look at issues surrounding skills for growth.
The aim of the workshop is to trial the new toolkit which has been tailored to suit the needs of the businesses participating. The toolkit has four modules and an action plan which begins by looking at the goals and objectives for both short and long term. The toolkit then breaks down each objective into modules for the business to work towards.
If you would like to get involved with future workshops or would like to know more about the Business Strategy Toolkit contact Lucy Ritchie or Deepti Bhangde.
