We are delighted to announce that the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Network project, in partnership with QMSA Ltd has won the Award for Training Initiative of the Year at the 2013 Energy Efficiency & Renewables Awards.
The Energy Efficiency & Renewables Awards, supported by NatWest, were held on Thursday 12 September 2013 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry and are designed to inspire the industry to greater heights.
The nomination for the Training Initiative of the Year category was compiled by QMSA, one of our SME Networks delivery partners. QMSA Ltd are delivering a complete Green Deal, Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) and Renewables (GDER) training package aimed at developing small to medium installers to develop their existing business and new markets.
The training package includes a training workshop and certificate on preparing businesses for GDER, updates and bulletins about key industry news and developments, ongoing support to prepare SMEs for GDER work as well as assessment for Certification for Green Deal Installers (PAS2030)/Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
We are absolutely delighted to have won the Award, it is fantastic recognition of how we are working collaboratively to meet the needs of our employers.
Well done to everyone involved in the SME Networks project, this really is a phenomenal achievement for both EU Skills and QMSA.
