This employability bite specification is aimed at ensuring learners understand the importance of customer services to business and know what good customer service is. Its focus is on the learner developing the ability to interact with customers effectively with evidence from work encounters/experiences or through simulation. The specification details all of the content that a learner will be expected to cover and what they will need to know to achieve certification. It includes an assessment table and criteria for assessment of the learner at entry level 3, level 1 and 2. As with all bites it also specifies delivery guidance, evidence requirements and employability skills and assessment criteria as well as possible opportunities to develop English, Maths, IT and general employability skills.
